Directors are responsible for all aspects of large client engagements as well as for client and organizational development.

Responsibilities include:

• identifying opportunities and developing proposals
• developing project plans and determining project resource requirements
• directing project team(s)
• managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction
• managing financial aspects of projects
• providing performance feedback to project teams

The ideal candidate has over ten years experience at a major consulting firm, software development company, or large IT organization and has delivered projects in the Knowledge Management, Human Capital Management, or Supply Chain Management areas.
